Welcome to immoQ, operated by immoQ NV ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
1. What immoQ provides
immoQ is a software platform that helps landlords, tenants, agents and service providers list properties, communicate, evaluate applications, sign contracts and manage rentals. We are not a party to any lease agreement between users.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.
3. Fees and subscriptions
Our payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles order-related enquiries and returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in your billing page.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform. See our acceptable use policy for details.
5. Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it to run the platform. We may remove content that violates law or these terms.
6. AI features
AI outputs (search, matching, legal answers) are informational only. Read our AI disclaimer.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for damages that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or create risk for other users. You may close your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
