Electronic signature consent

This consent explains how you sign documents electronically on immoQ, such as lease agreements, addendums and move-in or move-out reports.

1. Consent to sign electronically

By accepting, you agree that documents you sign on immoQ may be signed electronically and that your electronic signature has the same intent as a handwritten signature between the parties, within the limits of applicable law (including the eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014).

2. How a signature is recorded

  • The signed document version and its content fingerprint.
  • Your account, the date and time of signing, and technical metadata such as IP address and device.
  • The identity verification status linked to your account at the time of signing, where available.

3. Copies and withdrawal

You can download a copy of every document you signed from your account. You may withdraw this consent for future documents at any time; signatures already given remain valid. You may always ask the other party to sign on paper instead.
